




Ensure efficient management and resolution of complaints and claims related to the company's fleet vehicles. RESPONSIBILITIES Guide clients in the event of an incident, provide assistance in emergency services, request necessary information, and communicate procedures Manage claims from start to finish, with or without third parties, arranging towing, receiving and forwarding documents Oversee the repair of damaged vehicles, quoting parts and services while analyzing cost versus benefit Analyze and request replacement vehicles, always considering necessity and rental agreement terms Analyze and request collection of damaged vehicles when necessary Compensate third parties according to predefined procedures Contact third-party insurers to receive service or compensation Manage documentation submission for third-party billing, through amicable negotiation or legal action Manage documentation submission for charging the lessee's deductible/participation when necessary Monitor theft/robbery cases according to each rental agreement Arrange release of seized vehicles (power of attorney, expedition letter, and other required documents) Compile necessary data via tracking systems for SENAR report generation Organize and maintain spreadsheets for third-party compensation and vehicle collection tracking Comply with company hygiene and safety regulations Take care of work equipment and materials **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
