Interested? **Join the Ceisc team!** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan and monitor pedagogical schedules and workflows; * Conduct technical and pedagogical validations of materials; * Analyze public notices (edicts) and assist in course creation and content updates within the student’s virtual learning environment; * Ensure quality, timeliness, and standardization of educational deliverables; * Support communication and lead alignment meetings with faculty and teams; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators and deadlines; * Develop guides and instructions for pedagogical processes; * Support integration between pedagogical and administrative departments; * Manage content versions and updates; * Produce monitoring and performance reports; * Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements; * Conduct live session monitoring alongside instructors, manage scheduling, and track classes; * Record and monitor class hours, attendance, and related issues in systems. * Monitor content production and update schedules; * Track pending items and deliverables from faculty and writers; * Perform data entry and verification in academic systems; **To be a great fit for us, you must have:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or specialized courses are advantageous. * Technical Competencies: Intermediate computer skills (especially proficiency with Microsoft Office), strong communication and writing abilities. Capacity for data/information analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with legal knowledge relevant to your area of expertise within the sector. Ability to draft reports, opinions, or technical documents. * Behavioral Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, concentration ability, resilience, proactivity, active listening, and organizational sense.
