Support across various departments **Job Description** * Prepare pre\-preparations and final preparations of products according to recipes and technical specifications. * Perform sanitation of food items and raw materials used in the production process. * Provide customer service within your assigned work area. * Carry out packaging and storage routines for products intended for sale. * Clean equipment used in the production process. * As needed, support the deli and butcher departments. **Working Hours** * Monday through Saturday; Sundays on rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Must be at least 18 years of age. • Prior experience in food handling is desirable. * Elementary education.
