Support in deli and butcher departments **Job Description** * Prepare pre-production and production items according to recipes and technical specifications. * Perform hygiene procedures on food items and raw materials used in the production process. * Provide customer service within your work area. * Carry out packaging and storage routines for products intended for sale. * Clean equipment used in the production process. * Support the deli and butcher departments as needed. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:40 PM to 9:00 PM. Sundays on rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Must be over 18 years of age. • Previous experience in food handling is desirable. * Elementary school education.
