Knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane (PU), and zinc-rich paints **Position: Industrial Painter** **Location: PARISOTTI ENGENHARIA E MONTAGENS** **Employment Type: CLT** **Job Mission** **Prepare metallic or masonry surfaces and apply protective coatings and finishes on industrial structures, machinery, and equipment, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.** **Main Responsibilities** * **Surface Preparation: Perform cleaning, sanding, brushing, and surface treatment (abrasive blasting or chemical treatment).** * **Paint Preparation: Mix paints and solvents according to technical data sheets (catalyst ratio and dilution).** * **Coating Application: Operate painting equipment such as Gravity Feed Spray Gun, Airless System, and conventional painting methods (roller/brush).** * **Finishing: Apply primer, intermediate, and topcoat layers, ensuring specified film thickness.** * **Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of spray guns, hoses, and pumps.** **Technical Requirements** * **Experience: Minimum 5 years in the role within industrial environments (e.g., metallurgical, oil & gas, shipbuilding).** * **Knowledge: Ability to read paint specification schematics, operate wet/dry film thickness gauges, and familiarity with epoxy, polyurethane (PU), and zinc-rich paints.** * **Certifications: Completion of an Industrial Painting course is a plus.** * **Safety: NR-33 and NR-35 certifications are essential depending on the project.** * **Benefits: Transportation Allowance, On-site Meals, Basic Food Basket.** Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.700,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
