Knowledge of bidding and contract legislation (Law 8\.666/93 and Law 10\.520/02\). Experience in preparing and managing proposals for public and private agencies. Proficiency in working with electronic auction platforms (Comprasnet, BEC, ?among others). **Responsibilities:** Identify and monitor daily bidding opportunities in the civil construction sector. Analyze and interpret tender notices, terms of reference, and competition documents. Prepare and organize technical and commercial proposals, ensuring all requirements are met. Perform registration and renewal of documents on electronic auction platforms and bidding portals. Participate in electronic and in-person auctions, ensuring proposal competitiveness. Negotiate terms and deadlines to ensure economic feasibility of proposals. Maintain continuous contact with suppliers and partners for cost and pricing composition. Manage the post-bidding process, ensuring execution and delivery of products according to established deadlines and standards.
