**Position:** Administrative Assistant **Location:** Yupii Park – Vacaria/RS **Salary:** BRL 1,700.00 fixed + Commission **Schedule:** 44-hour weekly workload, with flexibility: Working hours vary according to the event schedule (afternoons and evenings when there is a party) — When there is no nighttime party, staying late is not required. \- Weekends: The park is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (work two Sundays per month and have one weekday off when working on Sunday). **Job Summary:** Responsible for opening and closing the children’s park, organizing daily operations, attending to customers, supervising monitors, and supporting administrative management. This position requires schedule flexibility according to the party and event calendar, as well as fulfilling a weekly workload of 44 hours, with self-management of hours when no nighttime events are scheduled. **Key Responsibilities:** **Park Operations:** * Open and close the park as required by the schedule. * Manage park routines on days with and without parties. * Organize and plan the weekly work schedule independently to ensure completion of the 44-hour workload. * Ensure smooth overall operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for families and children. **Customer Service:** * Greet parents, guardians, and visitors with friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. * Respond to messages, inquiries, and customer requests (primarily via mobile phone). * Post content and monitor social media accounts when necessary. * Welcome customers warmly and courteously. **Team Management (Monitors and Freelancers):** * Coordinate full-time and freelance monitors. * Organize work schedules, especially on weekends. * Ensure team members perform well and maintain a positive work environment. **Administration and Control:** * Manage inventory of park supplies. * Operate the internal system and perform cash register tasks. * Assist with payment processing (training will be provided). * Ensure internal procedures are correctly followed. **Events and Parties:** * Work during nighttime events when parties are held. * Adjust working hours according to the event schedule (e.g., start later on nights with parties). * Participate in post-party general cleaning (vacuuming, organizing, and preparing the park), together with the team. Requirements:* Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; * Completed high school education. * Polite, communicative, and helpful individual. * Enjoys working with children and interacting with the public. * Organized and responsible. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient with mobile phones and social media. * Proactive with problem-solving abilities. * Leadership capability and good rapport with monitors.
