Development of active communication and document organization **Administrative Internship** **Location:** Consulting Office – Vacaria/RS **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:45 to 11:45 and from 13:30 to 16:30 (flexible) **Job Description:** We seek an organized, communicative individual eager to learn about the inner workings of a human resource management consulting firm. You will serve as a right-hand support in organizing daily operations and assisting with client service. **Responsibilities:** * Reception and Client Service: Greet clients and candidates, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. * Schedule Management: Arrange and confirm appointments for consultations and consulting processes. * Operational Support: Assist with activities related to human resources/people management. * Document Organization: Archiving and organizing physical and digital documents. Active Communication: Telephone and WhatsApp communication with clients, partners, and candidates. * Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Management Processes, Psychology, or related technical courses. * Basic proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling tools). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive, discreet, and detail-oriented personality with strong organizational focus. * Prior experience in administrative routines and public service is a plus.
