Description

Job Summary: A professional to operate various heavy equipment, performing landfill, maintenance, and cleaning activities, with a focus on equipment preservation and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Operate heavy machinery in sanitary landfill activities. 2. Contribute to the maintenance and construction of internal access roads. 3. Maintain cleanliness and preservation of equipment. Operate smooth-drum rollers, backhoes, wheel loaders, mini-loaders, crawler tractors, and hydraulic excavators **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate backhoes, mini-loaders, crawler tractors, smooth-drum rollers, and wheel loaders for landfill activities * Clean internal and external access roads * Assist in cleaning stormwater galleries and surface water drainage systems * Assist in installing pipelines for biogas collection * Load trucks during general internal operations * Assist in transporting materials and parts to support machine and equipment maintenance activities * Assist in organizing inventory of materials used in the landfill * Assist in maintaining and constructing internal and external access roads * Spread and compact aggregates on access roads and truck maneuvering areas * Operate hydraulic excavators to assist in unloading waste-laden trucks * Perform cutting and filling of berms and slopes * Operate hydraulic excavators for constructing and maintaining stormwater galleries * Finish earthen ramps * Construct horizontal drains within the landfill * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of equipment, as well as rolling stock, to extend service life * Conduct daily machine inspections to identify potential malfunctions * Raise vertical landfill drains **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Elementary school completion and basic professional qualification course * Experience: 1 year * Other: National Driver's License Categories "C", "D", or "E" * Materials Handling and Movement – NR-11 ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
