**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Analyze and optimize production processes to ensure operational efficiency and product quality;
* Monitor and analyze production performance indicators (KPIs), proposing actions for optimization;
* Collaborate on production planning to ensure schedules are met and resources are used effectively;
* Prepare detailed reports on production performance, including analyses of efficiency, quality, and costs;
* Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure operational integration and process fluidity;
* Contribute to the training of the production team, promoting best practices and new procedures;
* Participate in continuous improvement projects—such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen—to enhance efficiency and quality;
* Diagnose issues on the production line and propose rapidly implementable solutions;
* Conduct production cost analyses and suggest measures to reduce expenses without compromising quality;
* Carry out activities in compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures—particularly those related to corporate governance, quality, environment, hygiene, occupational health and safety—ensuring personal safety and adherence to company-defined standards.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields;
* Experience in developing and analyzing production indicators related to efficiency, costs, and quality;
* Practical experience in industrial data management and process improvement;
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level).
