At Riachuelo, you'll find a diverse environment with respect and empathy, where we care for our RCHLOVERS.** **Responsibilities and duties** **The role's challenges are:** Responsible for carrying out office operational activities, admissions, personnel control, treasury, expenses, accounts payable, and material purchases. * Serve customers at all contact points; * Execute and monitor all office operational processes; * Ensure compliance with company HR processes; * Make payments within established deadlines; * Maintain submission of bank transfers; * Carry out admission, termination, and electronic timekeeping control processes; * Organize employee folders and documents; * Provide cash register support during high-traffic periods. **Requirements and qualifications** **It is very important that you have and/or know:** * Completed High School; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to quickly learn new systems.
