Cut, wash, and sort ingredients used in recipes. Contribute to plating dishes and portioning items for sale. Package products and arrange food for display or delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Support ingredient and product inventory control and storage. Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Industrial Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
