Job Summary: An IT professional to provide technical support, system configuration, and user management in a Windows environment. Key Highlights: 1. Windows and Office technical support 2. Software configuration and user management 3. Resolution of low-to-moderate complexity issues * **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * **Job Responsibilities:** Provide support to resolve low-to-moderate complexity issues; Install and configure applications in the Windows environment, including the Office suite and other commonly used software. Handle relocation of computers, printers, and other IT assets. Create users and reset passwords on the network. Provide remote support to computers via VNC. * **Mandatory Requirement:** Intermediate-level proficiency with the Office suite. * **Location:** Adolfo Pinheiro – SP \- 100% on-site.
