Job Summary: A professional to train customers, maintain strong relationships, provide responsive support and solutions, collaborate with the team, and conduct testing on solutions. Continuous learning and product improvement **Responsibilities:** **Conduct training for new and existing customers** (Teach all system functionalities to customers). Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent service delivery. Organize the service queue. Provide reactive customer support via chat, e-mail, and telephone. Accurately and immediately record all support activities in the company's proprietary tool upon completion. Keep customers properly informed about the progress of their requests. Identify customer needs as expressed. Support optimal solutions aligned with customer requirements. Collaborate with other team members to resolve generated requests. Perform testing on commercialized solutions. Continuously study and improve to master the company’s products and services. **Soft Skills:** Communication, Cooperation (teamwork), Learning agility, Problem-solving ability, Ethics, Time management, Motivation, Planning, Willingness to learn. **Hard Skills:** Basic administrative procedures knowledge. Customer service experience. Basic computer literacy. **Preferred Qualifications:** Customer service experience. Experience in system implementation. Technical support experience. Spanish language proficiency. Understanding of retail business rules. Experience in the optical sector. **Currently Enrolled In:** Business Informatics, Administration, or Accounting Sciences — evening program. **Working Hours:** 6 hours/day, Monday through Friday. **Compensation and Benefits:** Internship allowance: R$1,262.98 + Transportation Allowance (VT) or Mobility Allowance of R$260.00 + Birthday Day Off with R$100.00 gift on the birthday date + Longevity bonus.
