Support in health prevention, promotion, and recovery Provide safe, humanized, and high-quality assistance to patients by performing nursing activities under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring compliance with institutional protocols and COREN regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform nursing procedures according to prescriptions and under the supervision of a registered nurse; * Provide patient reception and guidance at health posts; * Administer oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intravenous medications according to protocols; * Perform simple dressings, measure vital signs, and monitor capillary blood glucose; * Assist in collecting laboratory and imaging exams; * Prepare and organize materials, medications, and equipment required for patient care; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and restocking of supplies at the work post; * Accurately document all nursing actions in the electronic medical record and other institutional forms; * Support the registered nurse in health prevention, promotion, and recovery activities; * Strictly adhere to biosafety, infection control, and professional ethics standards; * Participate in trainings, campaigns, and educational initiatives promoted by the institution.
