Promotion of continuous improvement Company Industry: Construction Company Position: Quality Analyst Employment Type: On-site \| PJ Work Location: São José do Rio Preto Main Responsibilities: * Lead and structure the quality department, establishing standards, procedures, and indicators; * Develop, review, and optimize existing processes as needed; * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards (certifications, regulations, audits); * Implement quality monitoring routines and KPIs; * Collaborate with other departments to promote continuous improvement; * Engage, train, and guide the quality team, fostering autonomy and consistent results; * Support preparation and execution of internal and external audits; * Report results and propose action plans directly to senior management.
