Description: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in the benefits area; * Advanced Excel knowledge; * Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines; * Excellent communication skills, both by telephone and email; * Knowledge of major insurance companies’ websites; * Knowledge of benefits (Health and Dental); * Knowledge of ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) guidelines. * Enrollment, removal, and modification of client and dependent data in the operator’s systems; * Updating registration records and verifying eligibility; * Processing requests such as plan changes or coverage modifications; * Communicating with clients and providers to validate information; * Issuing and verifying payment slips and invoices; * Verifying monthly fees and payments transferred to operators; * Identifying and resolving billing inconsistencies; * Managing delinquency and supporting debt negotiation processes; * Client support via telephone, email, or internal system; * Clarifying doubts regarding contracts, coverage, adjustments, and benefits; * Supporting resolution of issues, complaints, and special requests; * Escalating complex requests to specialized departments when necessary; * Monitoring customer service and billing performance indicators; * Recording all operations for auditing and compliance purposes; * Suggesting process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors; * Participating in training sessions and staying updated on operator rules and health regulations. 2512210202551931372
