Job Summary:
Professional responsible for technical support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, networks, and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, configure, and maintain computers and laptops (Windows and basic Linux environments);
Provide technical support to users, resolving daily issues (hardware, software, and access);
Assist in network configuration and maintenance (internet, IP, routers, and connections);
Install and support Microsoft Office suite and other company-used systems;
Support identification and resolution of equipment failures (basic hardware knowledge);
Log support requests and track technical tickets;
Assist in equipment control and IT inventory management.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience or knowledge in user technical support;
Knowledge of operating system installation and configuration (Windows);
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, routers, and Wi\-Fi);
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
Basic hardware knowledge;
Organizational skills, strong communication, and proactivity.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Linux;
Experience with Active Directory;
Familiarity with Azure or Google Workspace;
Knowledge of ITIL;
Experience with remote support tools;
**Certifications in the field (e.g.:** CompTIA A\+, Microsoft, etc.);
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash);
Experience with management systems (ERP).
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch)
