Contribute to continuous process improvement Hospital Beneficência Portuguesa in São José do Rio Preto is seeking a Data Analyst; Please provide as much information as possible in your registration, as insufficient data may restrict your progression in one of the stages and hinder your selection process. **Responsibilities:** Analyze and interpret data related to the hospital revenue cycle, with a focus on generating strategic insights to support decision-making in billing, auditing, medical claims, claim denials, and receivables. Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units, contributing to continuous process improvement and enhanced financial efficiency of the institution. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; Advanced Excel proficiency; Prior experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst; Experience in the hospital or supplementary health sector is a plus; Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and management reports for business areas; Familiarity with regulated environments overseen by ANS and knowledge of TISS/TUSS standards is desirable; **Proficiency in data analysis languages:** SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R; Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle); Familiarity with hospital ERP systems.
