Responsibilities and duties: Conduct patrols in internal and external store areas, monitoring employee and customer entry and exit, paying attention to suspicious behaviors or movements. Oversee the merchandise receiving process, checking invoices, seals, and the integrity of shipments. Perform periodic checklists in store departments, verifying product expiration dates, proper storage conditions, product temperatures, and compliance with established standards. Monitor movement within the store premises using the CFTV system (when available), identifying and reporting irregularities. Requirements and qualifications: High school diploma (complete). Previous experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or related fields is desirable. Attention to detail, ethical conduct, discretion, and strong observational skills. Good computer and technology skills, including use of computers, tablets, and monitoring systems. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (filters, spreadsheets, data entry, etc.). Availability to work on rotating shifts and weekends as required by the store. * Availability to work a 6x1 shift schedule from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM (fixed weekly day off and one Sunday off every two weeks worked). * Availability to work at the Nova Campinas store.
