If you seek a modern, challenging environment with real impact in the food service market, this is the place for you. **Position Description** We currently have openings for developers who wish to work across various areas of our product, integrating into Vmarket’s Procurement and Supplier Squads (Supplier Platform), based in São Paulo – SP. We seek professionals to maintain, evolve, and optimize web applications—addressing bug fixes, developing new features, and implementing architectural improvements. Positions are full-time, hybrid roles, allowing remote work according to each squad’s dynamics. Opportunities are available at Junior II, Mid-Level II (Procurement Squad), and Mid-Level II (Supplier Squad) levels. **Main Responsibilities** * Address bugs, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of existing systems. * Develop and maintain backend features using PHP, Laravel, Node.js, and TypeScript. * Collaborate with frontend teams using Vue.js, React, and jQuery to ensure efficient layer integration. * Support application architecture evolution by proposing more efficient and scalable solutions. * Collaborate with systems deployed in serverless environments (AWS Lambda). * Participate in code reviews, business rule analysis, and product evolution. * Work collaboratively, contributing ideas, technical improvements, and knowledge sharing across squads. **Qualifications** * Experience with PHP (intermediate level or higher). * Knowledge of Node.js and/or TypeScript for service development. * Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of SQL databases. * Solid foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) and software development best practices. * Experience with or familiarity with serverless environments, especially AWS Lambda. * Proficiency in Git for source code versioning. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Laravel. * Knowledge of NoSQL databases, such as Redis or DynamoDB. * Familiarity with messaging systems, particularly AWS SQS. * Experience with distributed system architecture. **What We Expect From You** * **Desire to learn and grow:** genuine interest in mastering our tech stack and business domain. * **Initiative:** ability to propose technical and architectural improvements. * **Responsibility:** commitment to deadlines, quality, and consistent delivery. * **Active listening:** openness to feedback and continuous self-improvement. * **Teamwork:** active collaboration and knowledge sharing. * **Adaptability:** comfort working with both legacy code and new features.
