Focus on safety, quality, and process optimization **Requirements** -------------- • Completed high school education; • Bachelor's degree preferred; • Logistics domain knowledge; • Team management experience.**Responsibilities** --------------------- Among your main responsibilities, you will find: 1\. Continuously verify the use of PPE and safety conditions; 2\. Ensure compliance with safety (SSMA) and quality concepts and standards; 3\. Assign tasks to assistants and operators, evaluating productivity; 4\. Coordinate loading and unloading activities; 5\. Provide support during loading, assessing vehicle conditions and guiding drivers; 6\. Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace and conduct safety briefings; 7\. Report accidents and incidents according to safety procedures; 8\. Monitor picking and verification workflows and evaluate optimal vehicle loading methods; 9\. Guide the team on customers' special standards; 10\. Ensure daily execution of processes; 11\. Actively participate in inventory activities; 12\. Coordinate stock/receiving and loading of empty pallets, packaging, and other supplies; 13\. Monitor support area activities; 14\. Manage loads according to priorities and complexity; 15\. Plan vacation schedules, monitor time banks, and manage HR data via electronic systems; 16\. Lead continuous improvement of activities and interface among employee roles within the department; 17\. Conduct performance evaluations of staff, analyzing criteria and objectives to be achieved; 18\. Maintain the workplace, reporting any damage or incident to responsible departments and ensuring safe working conditions for employees; 19\. Interact with and ensure employee participation in DHL programs; 20\. Monitor customer KPIs together with the Quality department; 21\. Monitor Performance Indicators – OMS; 22\.
