Job Summary: A professional responsible for measuring and estimating material quantities for construction cost estimates, analyzing project documents and providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Project and technical specification analysis 2. Preparation of quantity takeoff spreadsheets and detailed budgets 3. Technical support to engineering teams and project management Perform measurements and quantity takeoffs of materials and services for construction cost estimation; * Analyze projects, drawings, and technical specifications to identify and calculate required resources; * Prepare quantity takeoff spreadsheets and detailed budgets, considering all associated costs; * Adjust quantities and budgets as necessary; * Provide technical support to engineering and project management teams. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (completed or currently pursuing); * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction projects; * Proficiency in measurement and estimating software such as AutoCAD and Excel; * Ability to read and interpret project drawings; * Knowledge of technical standards and legislation applicable to civil construction; * Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
