Operational Supervisor

Description

Prerequisites are: High school diploma or undergraduate studies in progress; Experience leading operational teams; Experience managing processes, deadlines, and productivity; Knowledge of monitoring KPIs and targets; Experience in customer service and conflict resolution; Strong communication skills and leadership ability; Organized, agile, and proactive profile; Ability to work under pressure and focus on results; Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus; Valid Brazilian driver's license category B. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday Compensation: Negotiable base salary + performance-based bonus Payment: R$1.800,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Selection question(s): * Do you hold a category "B" driver's license?
