If you are goal-driven, possess a sense of urgency, value integrity, and want to grow within an innovative company, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities**: * Supervise field promoters and sales teams; * Break down campaigns and targets for sales teams; * Analyze performance indicators and propose action plans for performance improvement; * Ensure execution of strategies at the point of sale; * Conduct daily performance tracking and submit reports; * Collaborate with trade, marketing, and training teams; * Actively participate in leadership meetings, proposing ideas and solutions. **Requirements**: * Prior experience supervising sales (preferably in the technology segment); * **Intermediate/advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills** (filters, charts, formulas, pivot tables); * Strong **clear and persuasive communication skills**; * Ability to **analyze results and make quick decisions**; * Profile with **sense of urgency**, **goal orientation**, and **resilience**; * Personal values aligned with **integrity** and **professional ethics**; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields); * Willingness to work externally and visit points of sale. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience with mobile technologies or consumer electronics; * Familiarity with sell-out and sell-in metrics; * Ability to motivate and develop field teams.
