Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to dispatch service orders, monitor field activities, prepare production reports, and assist operational teams with administrative and logistical matters. Key Highlights: 1. Dispatching and monitoring of field activities. 2. Preparation of production and performance reports. 3. Administrative and logistical support to operational teams. **What’s your energy?** We are in the Open Power era and seek people willing to change the world, ready to challenge the status quo! **In this role, you are expected to:** Dispatch service orders to field teams; Monitor field activities using Enel’s official tools; Prepare production, performance, and process quality reports related to the dispatch process; Periodically and on-demand present KPIs related to operational efficiency and process performance; Assist operational teams with control, issuance, and management of documentation required by ANEEL, ANS, etc.; Provide administrative and logistical support to operational teams; Carry out internal activities within operational administrative processes; Track completed and pending service orders in the Enel system; **Education Requirements:** Completed High School Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology Desirable: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Desirable: Distribution Electrician Course (minimum 240 hours) **Requirements:** HSEQ Regulatory Compliance\* Driver’s license – Category B; Category C or D desirable. Recruitment Process Requirements: NR-10 Basic Course (40 hours).
