This includes building new features, integrations, technical enhancements, and platform maintenance—ensuring scalability, security, performance, and usability. The role involves close collaboration with AI analysts and business specialists to translate operational requirements into robust, innovative technological solutions, leveraging agile practices and modern technologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Continuously develop and evolve Kyno using React (Mantine UI, TanStack Query, TanStack Router) on the frontend and Python with FastAPI and PostgreSQL on the backend. * Implement new features, integrations, and technical improvements to support Timenow’s digital transformation. * Integrate with corporate systems and generative AI solutions using Azure Cloud, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power BI). * Contribute to platform architecture maintenance and evolution, promoting adoption of modern, market-aligned technologies and best practices. * Actively participate in product discussions—including user interviews, documentation of architectural decisions, and interface validation (basic Figma experience is a plus). * Ensure Kyno’s scalability, security, performance, and usability, driving sustainable platform adoption across the organization. * Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of new features, ensuring quality and compliance with corporate standards. * Serve as a technical reference for AI-based digital solution development, supporting innovation dissemination and best practices at Timenow. * Help standardize software development methods, standards, and approaches to support solution scalability and sustainability. * Participate in the agile workflow using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and pipeline automation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analysis, or related fields. * Proven fullstack development experience (backend and frontend). * Knowledge of API integration, process automation, and system architecture. * Experience working in agile environments, including participation in sprints, daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and autonomy in workload organization. * Ability to translate business requirements into robust technological solutions. * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills for interaction with both technical and business teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Azure Cloud, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power BI). * Experience developing generative AI platforms, copilots, or digital assistants. * Hands-on experience with React (Mantine UI, TanStack Query, TanStack Router), Python with FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. * Experience in complex organizational environments with multiple integrated systems. * Knowledge of .NET (C#), DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and information security practices. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Hybrid * Work Location: Vitória-ES * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Benefit * Meal Allowance * Partnership with fitness centers, studios, and wellness platforms Discounts and partnerships with numerous educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
