Account Executive – Acquisition I

Join our team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Negotiate and sell media projects, sponsorships, activations, influencer campaigns, and special formats (programmatic, display, among others); * Prospect new clients and manage an active portfolio, analyzing market trends, investment patterns, and communication opportunities; * Manage the full sales cycle—from proposal to delivery—ensuring campaign monitoring, reporting, and post-sales follow-up with a focus on generating repeat business; * Lead meetings with clients, agencies, and internal teams, presenting products, case studies, and business opportunities; * Monitor competitors and market trends, contributing strategic insights to the commercial team. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Commercial experience with emphasis on sales and client relationship management; * Consultative profile with active listening skills and ability to propose customized, value-driven solutions; * Strong communication and persuasive skills, with capacity to build trust-based relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Organizational skills, discipline, and effective commercial pipeline management, ensuring consistent pace and high-quality delivery; * Proactivity, curiosity, and adaptability within a dynamic, continuously innovative environment; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel; * Preferred: Experience in media sales and/or work at advertising agencies. **Additional information** **Internal candidates must apply by 12/13/2025.** RBS is made of people.
