Responsible for prospecting, relationship management, and engagement with key clients. Delivering personalized and consultative service to a portfolio of strategic clients, identifying new business opportunities and enhancing segment profitability. Agrofel stands alongside rural producers, offering comprehensive solutions from planting to harvest, including inputs, grain receiving, and marketing. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage and expand relationships with large account clients, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial strategies. * Identify business opportunities and propose customized agricultural input solutions focused on increasing sales and profitability. * Act in a consultative role, providing technical and commercial support, ensuring clients have access to best practices and products suited to their needs. * Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and deadlines, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. * Develop action plans for retention and growth of strategic clients. * Monitor market trends, seasonality, and regional demands to support commercial strategies and product positioning. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience. * Serve as a technical reference for the team, contributing to the technical training of the sales team and dissemination of knowledge about products and industry trends. * Perform activities in compliance with company policies and guidelines, upholding integrity and safety. **Requirements and qualifications** Experience in field sales of agricultural inputs; Agricultural degree (Agronomy or related fields) – Animal Husbandry, Technician MOPP certification (Operational Movement of Hazardous Products) required **Additional information** Commercial Incentive Program – Bonuses; Annual PLR (Profit Sharing); Unimed Health Plan; Dental Plan; Life Insurance.
