We are looking for a person to work as a **Project Manager (Mid/Senior) | International Delivery (Brazil • Portugal • USA)**, with strong organizational skills, systemic vision, and delivery focus. This role is strategic in leading projects that connect processes, internal departments, and technology, ensuring pace, alignment, and execution in a global environment. The role will work closely with Product/Processes, Technology, and Operations teams, with direct interface with stakeholders in Brazil, Portugal, and the United States. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and monitor end-to-end projects, ensuring scope, deadlines, risks, and dependencies; * Coordinate deliveries across Product/Processes, Technology, and Operations, with stakeholders in different countries; * Establish an execution cadence (agile rituals, status reports, and checkpoints) without excessive bureaucracy; * Anticipate issues, unblock bottlenecks, and ensure continuous alignment across departments; * Maintain objective and functional documentation: status, decisions, owners, and next steps. **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * Experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager (Mid or Senior); * Experience in projects involving integrations, automations, or internal systems; * Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Miro, and project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.); * Strong organization, clear communication, and autonomy to manage scope and priorities; * Familiarity with technology teams and delivery cycles (development, testing, release); * Comfort working with international teams, across different time zones, and functional English.
