Work environment with state-of-the-art machines and multi-monitor setups **ON-SITE DELPHI PROGRAMMER** **Job Description:** – Development of systems and applications built in Delphi, including GUI design, database structure implementation, and program coding; – Maintenance and enhancements of existing systems; **Requirements:** – Interest in learning/advancing in new development and code validation methodologies; – Technical knowledge required: Delphi (especially IDE usage), SQL – Preferred: Object-oriented programming and layered architecture knowledge; familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) techniques; – Knowledge of MVC & MVP development patterns; – Ability to optimize and refactor efficiently; – Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus; The ideal candidate is curious, dynamic, and dedicated.
