Register patients, update registration data, and record information in the laboratory's system. Schedule examinations, sample collections, and procedures, managing the appointment calendar and available time slots. Provide information on types of examinations, required preparations, and result delivery deadlines. Issue requisition forms, receipts, invoices, and process payments when necessary. Direct patients to collection areas, service desks, or specialized examination departments. Record incidents, complaints, or feedback and report them to supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and functional reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment. Assist with simple administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, files, and spreadsheets. Adhere to laboratory ethics, confidentiality standards, and internal procedures. Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
