Job Details
**Responsibilities:**
Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan by monitoring activity progress according to the schedule, participating in maintenance team meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and conducting follow-up on tasks.
Prepare reports and control maintenance programs, as well as update performance indicators to ensure alignment with the maintenance strategy.
Conduct follow-up on materials and assist in drafting technical specifications based on instructions and technical standards for contracting equipment maintenance services.
Create and close service orders, receive and analyze maintenance service requests entered into SAP PM, and schedule their execution by allocating required labor resources in coordination with the maintenance execution team.
Schedule maintenance activities, allocate labor and materials for routine operations and shutdowns, and review and verify measurements of third-party services per service orders to ensure data accuracy.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of reliability and planning tools, maintenance control systems, and management reports.
Support maintenance department budgetary planning through cost projections based on historical maintenance data, technical information, and market quotations, thereby assisting in defining unit objectives and targets.
Actively participate in and support the achievement of Amaggi’s corporate programs and initiatives, such as SSO (Safety, Health, and Environment), Continuous Improvement, Quality, Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Asset Security, among others.
**Required Qualifications:**
Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
**Specific Knowledge and Qualifications:** Maintenance planning and administrative routines. Experience and/or qualification in people management, cost management, asset management, maintenance operations, reliability methodologies such as FMEA, root cause analysis, fault tree analysis, etc.
Technical or intermediate English is desirable.
