**Responsibilities and Duties**
* **Support administrative activities** within the department, such as document organization, management of physical and digital files, and updating internal spreadsheets.
* **Assist with internal service delivery**, supporting employees and routing requests to the responsible departments.
* **Perform data entry and updates in corporate systems**, following team instructions and ensuring information accuracy.
* **Contribute to material control**, assisting in verification, requisition, and organization of supplies required by the department.
* **Support internal communication routines**, preparing documents, official letters, notices, and basic reports.
* **Monitor administrative workflows**, including document receipt, registration, classification, and information dispatch.
* **Provide meeting support**, preparing rooms, organizing materials, and assisting in drafting minutes when necessary.
* **Follow the theoretical and practical apprenticeship schedule**, maintaining attendance and demonstrating commitment to professional development.
* **Adhere to internal policies and best practices regarding confidentiality**, contributing to an organized and secure work environment.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Age between 14 and 24 years**, per the Apprenticeship Program regulations.
* **Completed or currently pursuing high school education** (or equivalent, depending on company policy).
* **Basic computer skills**, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet navigation.
* **Strong verbal and written communication skills**, with ease interacting and collaborating across departments.
* **Organizational skills and attention to detail**, demonstrating care in performing administrative routines.
* **Availability to fulfill the apprenticeship program’s working hours** (theoretical and practical components).
* **Willingness to learn and develop new skills**, showing proactivity and interest in self-improvement.
* **Ability to work effectively in a team**, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive environment.
* **Punctuality and commitment**, essential traits for success in the program.
