All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management system, aligned with Regulatory Standards (NRs); Conduct field safety inspections and identify hazardous conditions; Develop and monitor: Risk Assessment Analyses (APRs) and operational procedures; Work Permits; Deliver Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and safety training sessions; Investigate accidents and incidents and propose corrective actions; Monitor compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs); Control and inspect the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE); Support implementation and maintenance of safety programs (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, etc.); Prevent occupational risks and promote safety culture; Prepare technical reports and safety performance indicators; Support internal and external audits; Monitor occupational medical examinations; Support the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), SIPAT, and educational initiatives; Monitor and evaluate third-party contractors’ safety management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; Active professional registration with the Ministry of Labor (MTE); Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and Labor Legislation; Occupational risk analysis and management; Management systems (PGR, PPRA, PCMSO); PPEs and CPEs; First aid; Knowledge and proficiency in SOC (Integrated Occupational Management Software).
