In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities will include: * Daily Morning Meetings: You will participate in daily meetings with the Route Delivery team, closely monitoring fleet dispatch and ensuring all preparations are complete for the day. * Analysis and Planning: You will analyze relevant KPIs and plan daily routes focused on daily objectives, optimizing logistics processes. * Coordination with Carriers: You will attend weekly meetings with carriers, serving as the liaison between them, customers, and the sales department. Your mission will be to ensure high-quality deliveries in the market. * Weekly Roadshow Meetings: You will conduct regular meetings with the Roadshow team to promote alignment and operational efficiency. * Resolution of SAV/SAC Tickets: You will be responsible for resolving tickets opened within your area, ensuring prompt and effective service. * Delivery Quality Monitoring: You will monitor return rates and productivity metrics for products delivered in the market, consistently upholding high quality standards. You will receive weekly instructions regarding your work routines and will have support from team supervisors as well as guidance from the coordinator.
