And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond! **Position Summary: Occupational Safety Technician** Responsible for ensuring the company's occupational and property safety through inspections, training, risk analysis, and promotion of a prevention culture. Also involved in managing security contracts and compliance with regulatory standards. **✅** **Main Responsibilities** * **Inspections and Projects**: Conduct safety inspections and participate in projects for new installations or modifications, identifying risks and proposing preventive actions. * **Training**: Develop and deliver onboarding, routine, rules, and safety procedures training. * **PPE and Equipment**: Verify the correct use of PPE and inspect fire protection equipment. * **Committees and Brigades**: Train and guide CIPA and Emergency Brigade, analyzing suggestions and implementing improvements. * **Data Analysis**: Evaluate safety statistics to identify risk causes and propose corrective actions. * **Regulatory Standards**: Carry out activities based on NRs, such as training and risk assessments. * **Property Safety**: Manage property safety contracts, ensuring compliance with standards and *Food Defense* requirements. * **Safety Administration**: Process purchase requests, update system data, issue CAT and PPP forms. **Technical Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * Knowledge in: + Risk analysis and Fire Department regulations. + Training in NR 05 (CIPA), NR 11, ABNT standards and ergonomics. * Proficiency in safety legislation and policies (NRs, ABNT, etc.). * Ability to deliver training clearly and engagingly. * Computer skills: advanced level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Internet). * Intermediate English (desirable). * Practical experience in risk assessment and control measures.
