If you are driven by challenges, enjoy working in teams, and are looking for a place where your ideas are valued, come with us to drive businesses forward and build the future! **Responsibilities and duties** * Assemble products in an organized manner according to quality standards and assembly instructions, following production orders. * Prepare materials for activities as established in the product sheet and assembly instructions. * Program firmware, perform tests, program encryption keys or serial numbers into components, boards, and products. * Package products according to work instructions. * Preform (shape raw material) and insert components into printed circuit boards, depanelize (separate) boards, prepare and apply resins and adhesives. * Solder electronic components. * Perform visual inspections, tests, run-in, burn-in, and product testing. * Repair defective boards, products, or materials. * Review boards according to the product sheet and assembly instructions. * Prepare board maintenance reports and record defects found. * Record reworked and segregated parts and equipment during the process before functional testing. * Use testing and firmware programming applications on boards and products to test board or product functionality. * Identify defects and propose corrective actions in the production process or product design. * Assist in machine operation according to production orders. * Participate in machine adjustments for component and product assembly and programming. * Inspect parts upon exiting the machine. * Maintain identification of raw materials with the code and production order number. * Report equipment failures or defects in products being processed. * Record the quantity of products produced or processed in the Quality Register (printed or electronic). * Consult product specification sheets and access work instructions to ensure correct integration of materials into the assembly process. * Handle tools that assist in machine or production process adjustments. * Segregate, identify, report electronically non-conforming rejected materials and products, and request replacements. * Perform inspections and tests to validate information recorded on products. * Conduct quality inspections on products, evaluating equipment appearance and functionality. * Electronically report rejected materials and products and request replacements. * Perform soldering inspections on products. * Assemble prototypes under supervision. * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and calibration checks on machines. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** High school diploma completed. **Desirable:** Experience in assembly and disassembly of electronic products, knowledge of ISO 9000 standards, technical support production lines, quality standards, component measurement, and soldering processes. **Additional information** * Opportunity to work in a constantly expanding company; * Special events on commemorative dates; * On-site restaurant; * Transportation allowance; * Workplace gymnastics; * Flexible dress code; * *Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour rest break.* *Gertec does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, sex, age, non-disabling disability for the role, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by local legislation.
