Register/update patient information and organize medical records in the system. Provide patients with guidance regarding consultations/examinations. Verify documents/authorizations and perform internal referrals. Maintain an organized reception area and provide basic administrative support. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Assistant, Reception Assistant, or Customer Service Agent may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
