Interface with clients, suppliers, and internal departments We are looking for a Civil Construction Engineer to work on-site, responsible for the technical and operational management of construction projects in the banking sector, ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety. Supervise and monitor construction execution at bank branches. Coordinate internal and third-party teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety. Maintain interfaces with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Prepare and validate technical reports and measurements. Responsibilities * Supervise work teams * Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Prepare and maintain records and reports of performed activities * Interact with suppliers and service providers * Participate in monitoring and planning meetings Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active CREA registration. * Proven experience in construction projects, preferably in the banking sector. * Skills in team management, planning, and project monitoring. * Availability for technical visits and travel as required by the project. * This position is open to candidates residing in the state of Paraíba.
