We are seeking a **Logistics Supervisor** to lead and coordinate the team responsible for the movement and control of equipment and materials.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Ensure proper functioning of the quality management system within the logistics department;
Supervise the team (warehouse assistants and office boys), ensuring productivity, workflow efficiency, and delivery quality;
Recruit, train, and support new team members according to departmental growth or replacements;
Conduct periodic inspections of department infrastructure and initiate required maintenance actions;
Monitor operational activities and workflows recorded in the management system (Qualiex);
Analyze reports and dashboards, implementing corrections and improvements as needed;
Schedule and oversee reverse logistics for equipment, from collection through receipt into warehouses;
Maintain positive relationships with the team and other company departments, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment;
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and operational instructions.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics/Warehousing, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Driver's License Category B.
**Desirable Prerequisites:**
* Skills in performance indicator analysis and team management;
* Organizational ability, proactivity, and strong communication skills;
* Experience with ERP systems (Voalle or similar) is a plus.

**Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week, from **Monday to Saturday**
