We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to deliver courteous, efficient, and human-centered customer service, providing clear information about the company’s products and services. Responsibilities and Duties Provide in-person customer service; * Greet and serve visitors courteously and efficiently; * Issue service requests; * Provide information regarding products, services, and company policies; * Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints; * Register complaints, suggestions, and compliments in the system; * Update customer registration data; * Maintain an organized service environment; * Collaborate with the team to ensure service quality. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Must be over 18 years of age; * Willingness to travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Good typing speed.
