Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Controller Analyst to execute and monitor monthly results, conduct feasibility studies, and develop management reports at URBIA CATARATAS S/A. Key Highlights: 1. Perform accounting control routines and analyze results. 2. Conduct feasibility studies for new business initiatives. 3. Create automated and reliable management reports. URBIA CATARATAS S/A, the concessionaire responsible for managing tourism operations at Iguaçu National Park—which houses the Iguaçu Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World in Foz do Iguaçu/PR—is looking for a **SENIOR CONTROLLER ANALYST** to join our team. All our positions are affirmative—we believe in each individual’s potential and foster an environment where everyone can grow and contribute. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform accounting control activities related to preparing and monitoring monthly results, including analyzing monthly variances and justifying identified variances; * Conduct feasibility studies for new business initiatives; * Monitor variances between budgeted and actual figures; * Generate management reports for inventory vs. sales tracking; * Prepare automated management reports and analyze results; * Develop automated reports with reliable information to support other departments; * Identify opportunities to improve internal processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of report development and analysis (Excel and Power BI); **BENEFITS:** * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch); * Life insurance; * Health plan; * Dental plan; * Birthday day off; * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; * Complimentary tickets and employee discounts.
