**Responsibilities and duties**
* Conduct research and proactive lead generation (outbound) or respond to inbound leads;
* Qualify leads according to pre\-established criteria (e.g., ideal customer profile);
* Initiate first contact with potential customers via phone, email, or social media;
* Identify customer needs and briefly present the company’s solutions;
* Schedule meetings for sales representatives (account executives/closers);
* Update and maintain lead information in the company’s CRM;
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize prospecting strategies;
* Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead qualification and meeting scheduling.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Ability to quickly learn about products and markets;
* Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus;
* Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools;
* Strong communication and active listening skills.
**Additional information** **Working hours:**
* Monday through Friday, from 08:12 to 18:00, with a 1\-hour lunch break.
