Their role is fundamental in preventing medication errors and adverse reactions, as well as guaranteeing the rational use of medications. **Salary**: R$ 4\.757,43 **Work Schedule**: 180h (12x36\) **Work Mode**: In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor pharmaceutical inventory—including medications and other pharmaceutical products—ensuring compliance with expiration dates, proper storage, and ideal conservation conditions, thereby guaranteeing accurate distribution of medications to inpatient units, emergency departments, and other hospital sectors; * Conduct critical review of medical prescriptions, verifying drug compatibility, dosages, drug interactions, and potential allergies, with the aim of identifying errors or necessary adjustments; * Advise physicians and other healthcare professionals on therapeutic alternatives and pharmacological interventions, always aiming to meet patient needs; * Monitor patients at risk of adverse drug reactions to promote prevention and appropriate management of adverse events; * Manage high-cost medications and restricted-use medications, controlling their distribution and utilization to ensure treatment efficacy for patients; * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in discussions regarding medication management, aiming to develop individualized therapeutic plans for patients; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Valid registration with the Professional Council; * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency; * Specialization in Hospital or Clinical Pharmacy preferred; * Experience in Oncology. **Additional Information** * Fuel allowance; * Cafeteria; * SESC benefits; * DayOff.
