Job Description Responsibilities and Duties **Contract Management:** Administration and monitoring of third-party contracts (cleaning, transportation, vehicle maintenance, cafeteria, etc.), tracking SLAs and performance. **Maintenance:** Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning), opening and closing service requests and work orders. **Financial Control:** Monitor costs and expenses, approve payments, and manage supplier invoices. **Daily Operations:** Manage administrative routines related to space occupancy, supply inventory, and internal user requests. **Safety and Quality:** Ensure facilities comply with safety and quality standards, managing security guard and surveillance shift schedules. **Reports and KPIs:** Analyze performance indicators, issue reports, and propose improvements to optimize facilities services. **Special Projects:** Participate in developing technical specifications for new contracts and improvement projects. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or related fields. Knowledge of building maintenance, contract management, and BMS.
