Additionally, they help humanize care and may bring new perspectives that can innovate hospital processes. **Salary:** R$ 1\.142,33 **Work Schedule:** 150 hours (Monday to Friday) **Modality:** In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and archive administrative documents using physical files and systems adopted by the unit, ensuring information is easily accessible; * Monitor material inventory and request replenishments when necessary, using spreadsheets or systems adopted by the unit, ensuring supplies are always available; * Receive patients and companions, providing information about procedures and guiding them through the unit’s workflow, ensuring agile and efficient service; * Assist with daily tasks such as form completion, document scanning, and photocopying, contributing to smooth unit operations; * Support the completion of performance and productivity indicators by collecting data and updating spreadsheets, facilitating monitoring of unit goals and results; * Serve and direct internal/external visitors, providing information and forwarding requests while maintaining regularity, confidentiality, and data security; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Minimum age of 18 years. **Additional Information** * Cafeteria; * SESC; * DayOff.
