Job Summary Supervise and guide the maintenance execution team in electromechanical interventions on mobile equipment, ensuring compliance with mobile equipment maintenance schedules. Key Responsibilities | Activities Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mine mobile equipment; Supervise, monitor, and guide contracted maintenance services; Supervise the development and/or updating of operational procedures and instructions; Ensure compliance with procedures during maintenance execution; Ensure service quality delivered by teams under your responsibility; Analyze and implement solutions for anomalies and failures; Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules provided by PCM, participating directly in scheduling; Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and implement training actions and/or programs; Conduct safety inspections and behavioral observations within your area of responsibility, identifying deviations and proposing solutions; Monitor departmental and area-specific performance indicators; Ensure the integrity of company assets.
