Key Responsibilities: **1\. Departmental Operational Management** * Coordinate daily routines for perishable departments. * Ensure continuous replenishment while adhering to store layout, planogram, and chain standards. * Monitor receiving, verification, and storage in accordance with quality standards. **2\. Quality and Shelf-Life Control** * Monitor expiration dates (FIFO/FEFO). * Evaluate visual appearance, temperature, and product preservation conditions. * Ensure compliance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations and good handling practices. **3\. Loss Management** * Control operational shrinkage, disposal, and damages. * Analyze loss indicators and propose corrective actions. * Implement preventive measures to reduce waste. **4\. Team Leadership** * Guide and supervise shelf stockers and assistants. * Assign tasks based on store demand and workflow. * Ensure departmental productivity and organization. **5\. Performance Indicators and Results** * Track sales and margin targets. * Monitor inventory turnover. * Support commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns. **6\. Organization and Cleanliness** * Ensure cleaning of cold rooms, display cases, and equipment. * Maintain the department in compliance with company food safety and organizational standards.
