Job Summary: The Marista Brasil is seeking a professional to welcome and accompany students, guide visitors, and support the pedagogical team, fostering a safe and welcoming educational environment. In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: Welcoming students at reception, monitoring arrivals and departures; Supervising students’ routines in hallways and other school spaces; Guiding internal and external visitors by providing assistance to students, teachers, and staff regarding academic activities; Supporting the organization and maintenance of communal spaces; Collaborating with the pedagogical team, teachers, and student support services; Assisting with classroom resource and supply management, such as equipment and materials (e.g., turning air conditioning units on/off in classrooms); Reporting and recording found items (lost and found) in official minutes (ATA); Supporting teachers with daily classroom material-related requests; Supervising break times, ensuring students’ safety, discipline, and well-being, thereby maintaining an organized and welcoming environment; Mediating conflicts among students when necessary; Providing first aid support, as directed by the responsible team; Performing other duties compatible with this position and aligned with the school’s needs; Demonstrating initiative, proactivity, and commitment to the quality of educational services. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed High School (ongoing or completed undergraduate studies are preferred); We seek individuals who believe in the power of education and the strength of human relationships.
